Kehres Recognized for Continued Contributions

Last week, OhioHealth MedCentral received The American Cancer Society's Corporate Award.

Deanie Kehres, MSN, APRN, CNS, AOCNS, Clinical Assistant Professor and Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist, was recognized for her contributions to the American Cancer Society through the years, and her support of the programs she organized while at OhioHealth. These programs continue to directly impact the “patient experience” when diagnosed with cancer.

Deanie continues in her Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist role as the Oncology Nurse Educator within the OhioHealth System, along with her faculty role here at Ashland University.

Patti Kastelic, MS, RN, Director of Oncology Services, thanked her for her continued contributions. She is pictured here with the ACS award given to the hospital.
